Re-organized store

Carl Guill (left) of Sparta said he likes to buy his hay and horse feed at the Thomson store. J.R. Hilliard of Dearing said he was buying feed for cows, horses, chickens, rabbits and dogs. Manager Charlie Newton said other store personnel include his wife, Jennifer Newton, and his sister, Dawn Powell. Newton said the aisles and shelves have been rearranged to better organize the merchandise. Separate rows contain fertilizer, pet products, pesticides and other products. The store has served McDuffie County and vicinity for almost 50 years.
