Children ages 6 and older made several winter-theme crafts at Thursday’s Winter Wonderland at the Thomson-McDuffie County Library.

They made no-sew pillows by tying knots in two squares of snowflake pattern fleece, then stuffing it with cotton batting. Following a short story, they made felt snowflakes and winter necklaces. The library plays host to about one craft event per month. The next one, scheduled for Feb. 9, will feature crafts with a Valentine’s theme.
