DETAILS: For all ladies ages 12 to 112. Tickets cost $10 each. The conference begins Friday – 7 to 9 p.m. – with a Sweet Blessings food tasting fellowship, a worship service and several guest speakers. Activities resume Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with two worship sessions and a series of breakout sessions. The topics range from biblical lessons to basic car maintenance and self-defense. DETAILS: This training is for advocates for victims of sexual assault, children and adults, who are treated at McDuffie Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hospital or Burke County Medical Center.
